Founding of PRIME INVEST as a commercial brand focused on commercialising banking assets and providing clients with verifiable data.
2008
The company was founded with the aim to provide comprehensive advice on the real estate process, through a partnership under the commercial umbrella of PRIME ANDALUS.
2013
We begin to offer consulting services to investment funds. Valuation and due diligence assistance for Kingstreet, Sareb, Lonestar, Fortress, HIG, among others.
2012
The company accumulates over 1,000 units in a portfolio of exclusive properties, highlighting 600 for Catalunyacaixa Inmobiliaria and 220 for Banco Sabadell.
2016
Agreements were signed with leading Spanish developers to commercialise their second home projects: Neinor, Kronos, Metrovacesa, OSIM, Dazia, Bekinsa, Insersa.
2015
The company successfully commercialised more than 1,500 units on The Costa del Sol.
2018
Relocation to the new company offices and founding of PRIME PROJECT’s division as Global Project Manager and Developer Delagate.
2017
Establishment of PRIME CONSULTING as a division of the company specialising in newly built Market Studies and Strategic Consultancy.

Launch of CORALLISA SIGNATURE HOMES IBIZA, the company’s project in Ibiza, with the involvement of Prime Invest 4 business units. Commissioning of the Comprehensive Management for DUNIQUE’s project.
